Bloomingdale
Public Shools- Additions and remodeling have
begun soon in the Bloomingdale Public School District.
Construction at Pullman Elementary is scheduled for
completion in the summer of 2003. Bloomingdale Elementary
and Bloomingdale Middle/High Schools are well underway
with scheduled competion in 2004. View

New
Life Assembly of God Church- The New Life
Assembly of God Church is a design/build project blending
the knowledge and experience of Muskegon Construction
Company and Jeffrey Parker Architects of Grand Rapids.
The master plan allows for two additional phases to
be constructed over the next five to seven years. These
additions will create seating space for 1200 people
in the Family Life Center. View

West
Shore Community College- Construction began
in October, 2001 on the addition of a new Science Wing
to the existing Media Center Building. The project was
completed in July, 2002 at a cost of approximately $3.2

Oakridge
Public Schools Public Schools- The voters
of the Oakridge Public Schools community passed a bond
issue for $17.65 million, approximately 7.0 mills, on
September 22, 1998. This successful election followed
two previous attempts. Community members were heavily
involved in the passage of this bond request. They continue
to be active in the design and development of the new
construction and remodeling projects. View

Ravenna
Public Schools- The voters of the Ravenna
Public School community passed a bond issue for $13.95
million, approximately 7.0 mills, on March 29, 1999.
The bond request for new construction and remodeling
was necessary for this growing community. A previous
bond request failed in 1996. The district serves approximately
1300 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. View

Mercy
General Health Partners - It took less than
five months, using the accelerated "fast-track"
approach, to complete this Family Care Center in Spring
Lake, built for Investment Property Associates and Mercy
Hospital View project.

Fruitport
Community Schools - 1997 Bond Project Fruitport
Community Schools maximized their return on the bond
dollars approved in September 23, 1997 vote by hiring
Muskegon Construction Company as their construction
manager early in the pre-bond phase. MCC worked with
the FCS Facilities Committee and the architect to identify
program needs and corresponding costs. MCC then followed
through during the design and construction phases to
ensure that FCS received all they asked for -- and more.
During the course of the eighteen-month construction
project, which began in the spring of 1998, FCS realized
approximately $750,000 in value added to their school

of Muskegon Public Schools -1995 Bond Project
The bond project for Muskegon Public Schools included
additions and renovations at nineteen different buildings
throughout the city. Muskegon Construction Company was
the construction manager for this complex and challenging
project. Actual construction began in April 1996 and
concluded in September 1998. View

Mona
Shores Public Schools - 1995 Bond Project
The bond project for Mona Shores Public Schools
included additions and renovations at seven different
locations including the middle school, high school,
athletic complex and four elementary schools. Muskegon
Construction was construction manager for this $45.4
million bond project - $35.6 of which was devoted to
construction. Through tight budget control, value engineering,
aggressive scheduling, and wise decision making and
participation by the owner, over $3.0 million in savings
was realized throughout the course of this project.

Community College Higher Education Center - 1994
This 95,000-sq.-ft. facility opened in January of 1995
to provide Muskegon area residents expanded opportunities
for higher learning from a consortium of West Michigan

Lakeshore
Area Radiation Oncology Center - 1992 Designed
to provide a bright and pleasant atmosphere for patients
and workers, the Lakeshore Area Radiation Oncology Center
(L.A.R.O.C.) in Holland incorporates a skylight that
runs the full length of the expansive lobby to provide
an abundance of natural light to the interior. View

Montague
Area Public Schools - 1993 Bond Project
Most of the work for this northern Muskegon County
school district was done at Oerhli Elementary School
as new construction was blended with facilities built

Whitehall's new $4.9 million Shoreline Elementary
School is futuristic in its design and high-tech in
