History

Muskegon Construction Company was incorporated on August 27, 1929 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grand Rapids-based Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. The goal was to have a presence in the Muskegon area, which was moving to a more industrialized community. The goal remains the same today. Our corporate culture requires that we participate in and contribute to the communities where we're located and do business.

Muskegon Construction Company's commitment to the Muskegon and West Michigan area is evidenced by our involvement in various service clubs and many community organizations, membership and participation in local chamber events, and the creation of a scholarship fund through the Community Foundation of Muskegon County. We encourage our people to get involved and support them in their efforts.
