Muskegon Construction Company New Office
The 1998
relocation of Muskegon Construction Company in downtown Muskegon
was a great economic benefit to the city and sparked
a revitalization of the northeast side. As a corporate supporter
of urban redevelopment, Muskegon Construction Company was the
first to take advantage of the Muskegon’s recently designated
Commercial Enterprise Zone. The lot was purchased from the
City of Muskegon and its development qualified for tax credits.
This
project led the way for other area developments.
