Mona Shores Public Schools Bond Project

The bond project for Mona Shores Public Schools included additions and renovations at
seven different locations, including the middle school, high school, athletic complex and four elementary schools. Muskegon Construction was construction manager for this $45.4 million bond project. Through tight budget control, value engineering, aggressive scheduling and owner participation, over $3.0 million in savings were realized throughout the course of the project.
