This facility is an excellent example of meeting both a tight deadline and an established budget without sacrificing quality. It took less than five months to complete this family care center, but the success of the project can be measured in dollars and cents. Value engineering at the outset of the project allowed Muskegon Construction Company to reduce the project cost by almost $100,000.
