This two-story, 24,400 square foot building will provide access to facilities and services that the underserved in Muskegon typically has not had. Muskegon Construction Company worked with the owner and architect, Hooker|DeJong, for approximately eighteen months prior to breaking ground. Thorough pre-construction work was done to ensure that the project fell within its $3.2 million budget.
