Horizon Corporate Office Building

This unique office building was built for one of the nation’s top retail management companies when it relocated to the Muskegon County Airport complex.

To facilitate an extremely tight schedule, Muskegon Construction Company worked closely with the architect and owner to “fast-track” the design and construction phases. The design phase continued well after groundbreaking and Muskegon Construction Company adapted to the changes as construction progressed.

• Muskegon Construction Company offered a guaranteed maximum price prior to

beginning construction. Muskegon Construction Company then returned over 5 percent

of the construction cost to the owner through a “shared savings” contract arrangement.
